K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Our House was one of the first houses to be built in the pretty village of Koseze, back in 1767. We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Uživajte u prekrasnom ambijentu ovog luksuznog smještaja u prirodi s panoramskim pogledom. Stone House Baracchi je stara kamena kuća u potpunosti renovirana 2023. Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.
