A beautiful garden annex with a separate kitchen and shower room over-looking Crag Wood located in our back garden.We are located just on the edge of Gargrave, and just a short walk to the Main Street where you can find x2 Yorkshire dales pubs, a co-op, pharmacy, cafe and some local shops. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering

Toll Bar House 2 Bed Cottage in Gargrave

Toll Bar House is a beautiful grade II listed cottage located in Gargrave on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. It can comfortably cater for couples, a small family or a group of friends wanting to relax or explore the amazing surroundings. The cosy lounge has exposed beams and a wood burning stove. A fully fitted kitchen provides you with everything you need. There is also a pretty garden with a seating area overlooking the fields and fells and the village pubs and cafes are a 10 min walk away.

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Luxury By The Brook

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is newly renovated to a very high standard and perfect if you want to treat yourself to a luxurious few days or week in the Dales . There is a well equipped handmade kitchen , a log burner, exposed beams ,kingsize bed , freestanding bath , parking , smart TVs , WiFi and outside space by the brook . Idyllic location with walks and cycling on the doorstep .

Gemstone Cottage - in Settle -south facing terrace

Superb stone built cottage with two en suite bedrooms situated on Albert Hill close to the centre of the market town of Settle. Bedroom one bedroom is a double, bedroom two is a twin. There are two bathrooms. Open plan ground floor, with a wood burning stove, glazed door out on to the enclosed south facing terrace at the rear with garden furniture. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher & washing machine. Central heating throughout.

Parking & spacious patio area . Fully equipped kitchen & shower room. Beautiful bedroom area with comfy double bed, living area with fabulous swing chairs, table & chairs & large smart tv plus wifi. Electric heating throughout. Perfect cosy destination for a relaxing break in the Dales. Wood fired hot tub package available for additional separate charge. Sorry, no facility for charging electric cars.

Peaceful riverside cottage.

Our riverside cottage is on the River Aire in a quiet Yorkshire village near Skipton. It is a haven for wildlife and recently otters have been sighted in the river. Ideally placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. In addition to the river, Gargrave is on the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the Pennine Way. There is a lock box for convenient self check in.
