U prizemlju se nalazi bazen sa lezaljkama i rostilj sa mini kuhinjicom na raspolaganju gostima iz sva 3 apartmana. Svi apartmani imaju wi-fi i internet televiziju, klima uredaj te perilicu rublja na koristenje. Udaljenost od mora i plaze je manje od 5 min pjeske, a od centra Malinske 5 min autom.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
