Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, einer Küche und einem großem Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen und ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub oder eine Auszeit mit Freunden geeignet.

Die sehr ruhig gelegene 2.5-Zimmer Maisonette-Dachwohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Dorfzentrum, Langlaufloipen, Wanderwegen, Bus und Bahn. Der Wohn-/Essbereich hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon, einen gemütlichen Eck-Kamin sowie eine modere Küche. Der Schlafbereich mit dem grossen und kleinen Zimmer sowie Bad befindet sich auf der oberen Etage der Wohnung. Im Entrée befindet sich ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. In der Tiefgarage ist ein Parkplatz für euch reserviert.

Quiet and sunny holiday flat in the heart of upper Engadin, 20 min car or train drive to St.Moritz. The flat offers a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate sleeping room. Totally there are three options for sleeping, a double bed (160x200), a daybed that can be extended for two kids or teens (2x80x200) and a bed sofa in the living room (140x200). However the flat is ideal for two adults and 1-2 kids. The flat has been renovated in 2024 and got fully refurbished.

Kommt man nach seinem Ausflug zurück bietet die Wohnung ein grosses Sofa zum Entspannen gleich davor einen Apple TV mit Saltprogramm und Wlan (noch besser ist die Aussicht aus dem Fenster). Alles was in eine Küche gehört ist vorhanden natürlich mit Fondue und Raclette-Geschirr. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich ein solches besonders gut schmecken.

In einem mit Wasserquellen, dem Fluss Albula, dem Golfplatz, den Viadukten, umgegebenem Haus befindet sich ihre gemütliche drei Zimmer Wohnung mit grossem Garten. Die Skigebiete Lenzerheide, Davos, Bergün und Savognin sind schnell (15-20 min.) erreichbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit frische Salat, Kräuter und Gemüse (gegen Bezahlung) im Sommer zu holen. Die Wohnung ist in der zweiten Etage und bittet direkte Blick auf die vorbei fahrende RHB Züge wie auch auf ein Wasserfall und Golfplatz
