Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Inside, the three king sized bedrooms feature luxury bedding beneath vaulted, oak-beamed ceilings and period windows. Sky TV, Sonos speakers.

Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Come and stay at St Just Coach House.

The Coach House is a newly converted building that is entirely separate from the rest of the property with private access. It is a very lovely space for 1 person or 2 people to share. We have super king bed that can be separated into 2 singles if our guests prefer. There is unlimited free WIFI and several of the power sockets incorporate USB charging points. The accommodation is well positioned in a conservation area directly opposite to the Malvern Link Common which is great for walking dogs.

Come and relax in our cosy cottage located in the Shropshire countryside, super fast Wi-Fi, well kitted kitchen and everything you need on hand. Goal posts and trampoline for the kids! They are welcome to visit the chickens, ducks and horses. With beautiful Cleobury Mortimer within walking distance and Ludlow only a 15 min drive your not far from shops, pubs and restaurants. Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.
