Villa is located in a gated complex with 24hr security inside the Rio Mar Resort. 1st floor (one set of stairs going down), the property features central A/C, Cable, Wifi, 1 parking, sofa bed, bodyboards, beach chairs, toys, towels and cooler. Kitchen is fully equipped. The 1st bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, private balcony and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom features two queen size beds with a closet and a full bath. The property has a GOLF CART available for rent separately.

Backpacker ecofriendly environment. Awesome views of El Yunque. 2 Minutes to rainforest and only 10 minutes to the local beaches and town of Luquillo. We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.

You can find horse back riding and go carts only at 10 minutes and enjoy fun time at Sector Sixty6 in the Outlet Mall at only 15 minutes and excellent restaurants. The apartment have Ideal garden / patio to read a book or have a glass of wine while kids outdoor play. We are happy to host family, groups and business visitors .
