Un lugar ideal para la desconexión pero con las comodidades de la vida urbana. Esperamos que te sientas como en tu propio hogar.

We have a nice garden with wooden pergola, covered terrace, small swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, barbecue and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mediterranean climate and the sun. Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
