Ανατολικά και βόρεια της αυλής μπορείτε να πιείτε τον καφέ σας απολαμβάνοντας την θέα του Αιγαίου και το άκουσμα του ποταμού που θα σας γαληνευσει. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.

Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
