MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with outdoor pool, tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and is less than 1 mile to the beach. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

The Lowood is a spacious 3 bedroom home on a private lot with great water views. Built in 2015. Located just steps from the sound and Duck's newest restaurant, The Village Tavern. The home features 3 bedrooms - Queen room on main level and a twin bedroom and master suite located on upper level. All bedrooms have own full bathrooms. Walk to the beach (7 min) or right next door to the community pool! *Weekly rental with Friday turnover during the summer season

Our second master suite has just been remodeled for a fresh clean and inviting look. Suite is located on ground level with private entrance. Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.
