La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Nelle vicinanze il bosco di Manziana, il lago di Bracciano, Canale Monterano, le terme di Stigliano, la faggeta di Oriolo, il mare di Santa Severa e altri siti storici e naturalistici di grande interesse.
