A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa, with spa, garden and spacious roof terrace. superbly located on La Torre Golf, walking distance to the restaurants, pools and shops. Murcia is one of the sunniest regions in Europe and the surrounding areas are full of activities, whether you are looking for a family holiday, active holiday, golf holiday or just want to relax on the beach. Casa Midu, Beachhouse 450 meter strand lo Sola

Casa Midu ligt in een rustige mooie buurt op maar 5-7 minuten lopen van het strand playa lo Sola. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur. De woning heeft een terras met een Kamado BBQ waar je van de ochtend en middagzon kan genieten. Ook is er boven nog een patio waar je heerlijk kan vertoeven. Casa Midu heeft twee badkamers en drie slaapkamers. Twee slaapkamers hebben een twee persoonsbed en de andere heeft twee een persoonsbedden. De woning heeft in iedere kamer airco. Supermarkt- 3 min lopen

Luxury Penthouse Madreselva 62-29

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Apartament Araguaney Roda + Pool + Roof top

Araguaney is a duplex flat located on the 2nd floor, it is spacious and modern with a private terrace perfect to disconnect and enjoy, within a community in the centre of Roda. At street level there is a bar and a small supermarket. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.
