The apartments are adults only. Fiber internet all around the property. 2x Washing-machines & dryer. Warning: there are stairs within the property as shown in the photos.

The property does not have private parking but you will find street parking right outside the property, an independent entrance with double security and security cameras monitoring the entrance.
