Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. The apartment sits on a boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars.

Be the paparazzi of the Budapest Basilica, in a private house where only few people live constantly. If you come by car, you can park in the Basilica Garage for an additional fee,ask for the price if you interested. On the street fee is 600 HUF/hour from 08:00-22:00 from Mon-Fri, and you can park for free from Fri 22:00 till Mon 08:00. You can easily reach the famous tourist sights on foot, can find many restaurants, bars, caffee shops. Most of the Universities are very close to the apartment.

Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. During the renovation of the apartment we carefully kept the building's spirit in mind and tried to stay true to it. We wanted something colorful, inviting and detail oriented. A place that has a unique charming atmosphere.

It is stylish, luxurious, comfortable, and true to its environment and the architectural style of the building. It is one of the few genuine Bauhaus buildings in central Budapest, and while, of course, in a modernized way, we tried to stay true to many elements of this influential style when we created this unique apartment.

This small sunny, cozy, quiet apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building with an elevator, overlooking the park and the Danube. The apartment has all the basic equipment to make you feel comfortable. My beautiful newly renovated studio apartment is close to Buda Castle, Lánchíd (Chain Bridge), Turkish baths and many famous historical places. You’ll love my place because of the view to the Parliament building. Panorama, 10 Minutes walk to the Buda Castle, beautiful, modern apartment. My place is good for couples and families (with kids) but dont forget this is a Studio. It Has 1 Queen size bed and a sofa bed.
