The house is ideal for families or adult sharers, with 4 large bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom/WC and a shower room/WC, whilst downstairs there is a WC and further shower.

The promenade leads you around to the Turner Contemporary, the Harbour Arm and Old Town, all a 10 minutes walk, with beach, book and vintage shops and bars and restaurants en route.
