Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Wir vermieten unser 1928 erbautes, liebevoll restauriertes Ferienhäuschen, das auf unserem Biobauernhof ca. 1 km vom idyllischen Bergdorf Gasen in der Steiermark liegt. Genießen Sie die ruhige, entschleunigte Atmosphäre in unserem Vintage-Häuschen, ideal für 2 bis maximal 4 Personen. Haustiere sind gerne willkommen! Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

The house is located on a rock in the middle of a mixed forest. 1 hectare of this is private forest and around 800 m2 is flat ground. Clear view of the stars. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.

Gratis W-LAN und Parkplatz vorhanden. In unserem Apartment sind Hunde willkommen, es wird eine zusätzliche Endreinigungspauschale von € 25,-- verrechnet.
