Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Auf der grossen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool (5 x 10 m) befindet sich der Außenessbereich. La Casita bietet neben freiem WiFi auch Sat/Smart-TV und eine Musikanlage.

Around the pool, you will find the cool veranda with a ten-person dining table, plus the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, sunbeds, and a cosy lounge set. Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The guesthouse has its own entrance. The owners inhabit the top floor of the house. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay.

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

Ga er gewoon even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie. Deze studio ligt in de campo van Calpe, 10 min rijden van het centrum en strand. De studio heeft een eigen ingang, badkamer, kitchenette, BBQ, eethoek buiten, tv en tweepersoonsbed. De studio is verder voorzien van airco en WIFI. Binnen is het niet mogelijk om te koken, buiten wel. Er mag gebruik worden gemaakt van het zwembad, deze is niet prive! Onze hond is overdag buiten.
