Parte inferiore 2 stanze di cui una con bagno in camera + un altro bagno. Ampia terrazza parcheggio gratuito.

La casa ha un parcheggio privato e si trova all interno di una grande villa con parco che arriva fino al mare.

Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
