Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Sulla strada principale che porta al mare in zona vivace ben servita! Dal giardino, con ombrellone, tavolino e sedie, si accede alla veranda coperta con panca, poltrone e tavolino ideale per colazioni ed aperitivi, bagno di servizio. Zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Primo piano; 2 camere (letto matrimoniale 160x200 e letto doppio 140x200), bagno con ampia cabina doccia. The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Composto al piano terra da cucina e soggiorno (con divano letto), al primo piano da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, una cameretta (con letto a castello) e balcone. Locale lavanderia esterno con bagno. A disposizione gratuita 3 bici (2 adulto 1 bambino), barbecue. Parcheggio interno per moto. Giardino su tre lati. Appartamento situato in un tranquillo quartiere di Torre del Lago Puccini, a soli 3 km dal mare, 500 m dal Gran Teatro e dal Lago di Massacciucoli. Parcheggio privato per bici e auto e possibilita di fornire le biciclette per andare al mare in tutta libertà. Adatto per rilassarti con la tua famiglia dopo una giornata al mare, un' escursione sulle Alpi Apuane, oppure una visita turistica in Versilia, apprezzando la quiete, il panorama e soprattutto il tramonto sull'ampia terrazza.

La casa si trova nel centro del paese ma in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Ha uno spazio esterno su due lati con giardino e gazebo per pranzi/cene. Possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà o all'esterno davanti alla casa. A piano terra si trova il salotto con divano letto, aria condizionata, cucina e bagnetto di servizio. Al piano superiore due camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata di cui una con terrazzo , una stanza guardaroba e bagno.
