The River House is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. In addition to The River House, there are two other cottages also on the property. The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows. The Nut House

Welcome to The Nut House! From the rustic hardwood floors to the log staircases, beams, knotty pine ceilings, and antique clawfoot tub, you will feel a sense of northwoods charm the minute you step in the front door of our quaint two bedroom log cabin. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

Downtown Menominee House just steps from Marina

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

Remote enough to feel isolated, but close enough to nearby attractions that you can take a quick trip into town for a cup of coffee with the locals, this cozy lodge is the ideal northwoods escape. Located across from Lake Noquebay, you can sneak in some ice fishing in the winter or swimming, boating or fishing in the summer. With plenty of space to find privacy, it’s possible that cabin fever might actually be just what the doctor ordered. Direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails.
