On the second floor there is another double bedroom and a single bedroom with bunk-beds. On the roof level there is another bathroom and a lovely roof ideal for entertaining. Both double bedrooms enjoy sea views.

The villa is set in a relaxed neighborhood only 5 minutes away on foot from the pharmacy, green-grocer and small convenience store from where you can easily get your daily needs. Further up, around 15-minute walk there is a larger supermarket which also does deliveries. Also nearby, precisely in St. Thomas Bay area, you will find charming pizzerias, cafes, and restaurants. Should one wish to opt for the local public transport, you will also find a bus stop a few meters away from the property.
