Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

Self contained Unit for one adult only. This special place is on a large riverfront property close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. For your comfort and support the bed is an Electric King size single rise and fall bed with built in massage unit. There is a Smart TV with Netflix and A/C. for heating and cooling. Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.
