My place is surrounded by best and affordable restaurants, mini supermarkets near the house, local market just 5 mins walking distance, ATMs, Bank, BBQ bars, Pharmacies and Hospitals. Bus stop is just outside the house 2mins walking distance, Makumbusho bus terminal where busses to everywhere in the city are available is about 15mins walking distance or 5 mins if you take bus or taxi for the house. Also house is very close to historical place in Tanzania called Village Museum (Makumbusho).
