Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

James River Tiny House #2

This rustic but cute tiny house is located just steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses on the property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.

Rock Stack on the Llano River

Located on over an acre of barely-tamed land on the gorgeous Llano River, the Rock Stack is a ruggedly luxurious vacation home.  We’re a place for both the fisherman and the boutique shopper, the explorer and the book-worm, the adults-only getaway and the family-friendly vacation. 2025 Flood Update: We are open and the river is GORGEOUS after the flood. Come see for yourself. (We are also out of the flood plane and we’re not affected by the 2025 floods).
