Come relax at this recently renovated condo in Luquillo. Located on the 2nd floor of a walk up complex. Purchased as a family getaway, due to many requests from friends and family, I decided to list it on Airbnb so others can experience the beautiful and peaceful town of Luquillo. Located 35 minutes from San Juan airport, steps from Playa Azul, few minutes from the Luquillo kiosks and not far from El Yunque or Bio Bay or the ferry it’s a perfect location to explore the east side of the island.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment located in Luquillo, The Sun Capital of Puerto Rico! With a spectacular view of El Yunque Rainforest & the beach. Luquillo is home to La Pared Surfing Beach, Luquillo kioskos(rest.) & Las Pailas (Natural Water Slides). Near the city of Fajardo where you can do fluorescent bay kayaking, take a trip to Palomino, Vieques & Culebra Island, eat at Las Croabas & play golf. To the west you're 10 minutes to El Yunque entrance, 45 minutes to the City of San Juan Area.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central condo. You can walk from your bed to the beach or enjoy a day at the pool. If you don't want that, we have access to nearby restaurants such as Los Quioscos de Luquillo , which are an 8-minute walk away. The town is 6 minutes from the apartment where you can visit and enjoy La Pared, which is famous for being a surfing beach. Also if you need to buy food and other necessities there is a supermarket and Walgreens which takes a minute by car.

The apartment is located about 35 to 45 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU), 15 minutes to El Yunque, 15 minutes to the ferry to Vieques and Culebra, 5 minutes to Los Kioskos de Luquillo (very popular local food places) and steps to several beaches.

Cozy studio steps from the beach

Beautiful studio nicely furnished to please everyone. The property is a house divided into 3 apartments in the first floor, two facing the beach and one on the back. This is the one on the back. Due to COVID restrictions parties are not allowed and only guests are allowed in property. The place has bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and hand wash. We have a big screen Tv, just use your Netflix account or anyone you like
