We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. San Bernard River Rental

Come relax on the San Bernard River in this spacious barndominium set on the river bend. Bring your boat or pwc and enjoy some water sports or relax and fish on the large private pier. Perfect spot for fishing, wake-surfing, and skiing. The Hot Spring Grandee hot tub is perfect for relaxing and seats 6. High speed fiber WiFi, 75” and 65” smart tv will help keep you entertained when not enjoying the tranquility outside. It’s always a good time on the river. Only 9.4 miles to Phillips 66 Sweeny.

Water-front property located right on “Caney Creek” that is more like a river, plenty deep for swimming, fishing, & kayaking. Leads out into the Gulf of Mexico. 5-7 minute drive to Sargent Beach. Fully stocked with kitchen gadgets and bedrooms designed for luxury. Set up with multiple family use in mind. This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Palacios Bayshore House & Camp

Welcome to Palacios! Enjoy fishing, sight seeing, bird watching, boating or just sitting on the deck catching the breeze! The house if fully equipped with everything you need from cooking to bathing & laundry. The upstairs is a complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house and the downstairs is known as "The Camp" with one bedroom (3 twin beds) & one bathroom. Come to the Bay and stay awhile! May 2023 dock lights unavailable. July 2024 Dock was damaged from the hurricane. Pet Fee $195. 2 Kayaks.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms, and 5 full bathrooms (2 of the rooms are considered Masters). Access to the river is complementary, and it’s not part of the reservation. Only 10Min from W.Columbia Downtown.
