Welcome to Wharehine Farm Cabin, a cosy off-grid cabin with luxurious touches nestled in the rural community of Wharehine. Surrounded by uninterrupted views of rolling farmland and the coast. Relax watching the endless stars from the outdoor bath or enjoy reading a book and glass of wine snuggled on the couch. Only an hour from Auckland’s north shore, the seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin, each with its own separate driveway and amenities.

You’ll sleep well in the NZ made memory foam mattress complete with quality linen bedding.

Take a break and enjoy the peace and beauty of the Waipu hills. The cabin is located well away from the main house with it's own carport. It has a kitchenette with fridge, hotplates, microwave and a small oven . The spacious deck is prefect for outdoor dining. Relax and enjoy the rural views or head out and explore the area. Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.

At Airedale we offer a modern self contained cottage, with expansive views over the farm and surrounding rolling landscapes. A peaceful location our cottage has quality linen on queen size bed, white fluffy towels in a modern bathroom, tea, coffee, and fresh milk are provided. Enjoy being close to Kaipara landmarks and the luxury of returning to your own private retreat. Aircon/heat, WIFI, chromecast, washing available, fully kitted kitchen and amenities.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Come and relax at the Pavilion! An idyllic rural setting with stunning views over the lakes and wildlife on the property! Located approximately 15 minutes from Dargaville and 10 minutes from Glinks Gully, this is the perfect base to explore the Poutu peninsula and wider Dargaville area. Alternatively you can just relax in the sunshine reading a book or just rest and re-energise! The pavilion is the perfect home away from home getaway.

"The Studio" bright and airy guest house

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish studio. With a rural outlook that includes views of the Brynderwyn's, ducks, hens and cows, this studio is the perfect escape for couples or friends to enjoy what Mangawhai has to offer. Explore the local beaches, take a walk through beautiful forest to see waterfalls and swimming holes, or visit the local Saturday markets and great restaurants - all within an easy 10 minute drive.

Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

Fairytale Treehouse

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Peaceful Garden Cabin

Our cabin is a cosy retreat set in our garden. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is only 20 minutes from central Whangarei and 10 minutes from Kamo, Maungatapere and SH1 so if you are travelling it would be great a place to stay. Our garden cabin would be suitable for very good value medium to long term stays.

Enjoy some time getting away from it all in this fully self-contained cabin, situated on a peaceful property with wonderful views. Its quirky features include a mezzanine bedroom accessed via a ladder and a semi-outdoor, yet private and well sheltered bathroom. Beach and town center are both within 5 minutes drive.
