Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Start kayaking or by boat exploring the beautiful beaches and Mangroves right from the dock, direct access (Lift is not available right now but small boats can be tied at the dock). Catch your fish and enjoy it for dinner....watch Dolphins pass by.... The private pool privides a nice refreshment after a day out and about.

The property has new captain's walk with easy access kayak launch, and room for a small boat (16-foot max). Relax on the deck as the peace of the small community sweeps you off your feet. Then take a walk to local dining and shopping.
