I’m sure many of you will be in need of a break away so …. if you are seeking a quiet and private space for your visit to beautiful Mount Maunganui then the recently renovated Beachside Retreat offers just that and more. The studio is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. Safe and secure, the studio is bathed in morning and late afternoon sun so is cosy and warm. Heat pump for your comfort whatever the season. Beautiful Mount beach is just across the road. Beach gear available on request. Perfectly positioned to walk into town or stop along the way at some top cafes and restaurants. Back to the studio and you transition from the large deck through sliding glass doors to an interior that's designed for total relaxation. Refresh in a sparkling white bathroom and soak in a designer bathtub before bedtime. Kitchenette for tea and coffee making, microwave and small bar fridge. No cooktop. For your arrival there is a selection of NZ tea’s, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, milk and juice in the studio. On-site parking available for one car. Big screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and the usual free to air streaming. Fast high speed unlimited WIFI. A five minute walk to Central Parade shops, Fife Lane Restaurant, Tay Street Cafe and Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park. Also a handy five minute drive to Bayfair and Baypark. Enhanced cleaning and sanitising between guests as per Air BnB guidelines. Parking available on site. We (Shirley & Jim) live upstairs with our small dog Louie. We are around if you need a hand, would like some breakfast, dinner or tourist tips. Otherwise, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. The studio is on Marine Parade, directly opposite Mount Maunganui Beach. Blake Park, Bay Oval, and various shops and great cafes at Central Parade are about a 5-minute walk. It's a quick drive to the Mount, airport, Bayfair Shopping Centre and Trust Power Baypark. Just an hour drive will have you to Whakatane, Rotorua and Hobbiton. Check in and check out times may be adjusted to suit your travel arrangements on request. Luggage drop/storage also available on request.

An architecturally designed home in a prime Mount Maunganui location, which is just a minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the cafes and boutique shops of The Mount. This home offers garage parking and off street parking, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and two outdoor patios. This home is perfect for a couple or would suit a family traveling with teenagers (regrettably no infants or children under 12 years old will be accepted).

Walking distance to shops, cinema, restaurants & Beach. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or midweek work place for a single person or couple. Enjoy the palms and each others company in a Peaceful home. Wake up and walk to Henry en Ted for a barista coffee. Card games, full kitchen to make a great breakfast/dinner/baking. enjoy some Bali in Papamoa. There are also good walking tracks not to far from here, up to Papamoa Hills. A perfect quiet location and a tv for movies on rainy days.

Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. Breakfast is not provided. The guest suite is separated from the home by a locked door. We have a free guest car park. Your hosts Nola & Barry have traveled extensively &. enjoy meeting new people.

This charming home with attached BnB is set in beautifully landscaped grounds in Matua. It is quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches and the CBD. The west facing patio provides a sunny afternoon spot to enjoy the gardens and birdsong. Off street parking, living room, bathroom, laundry and your own entrance, ensure privacy. Provisions include milk, tea, coffee, fruit and a sweet treat. Fridge, Microwave, toaster, but no kitchen. The fold out chairs are set up as day bed sofas.

Semi self-contained & central beach haven

Superbly located on Te Ngaio Rd in the heart of Mount Maunganui, this semi self-contained (no kitchen) accommodation is just 250 metres from the beach and a gentle 5 minute stroll to cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. There are two rooms. One generously large room has a queen bed and single bed. The other room is essentially a lounge with a sofa bed. Both rooms open out to a beautiful landscaped backyard that is shared with us and our 2 kids.

Spectacular City Waterfront Apartment

Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks available to use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and generous in size. Also we have Nespresso coffee maker for your enjoyment.

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. One bedroom downstairs studio in a great location. Perfect for a work stay or a couple wanting to enjoy this beautiful area. Two minute walk to the beach or a short stroll to a cafe, dairy, takeaways and patrolled swimming area. Mount Main Street or Bayfair are also only a few minutes drive away. Open plan living and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Lounge opens onto deck and off street parking available.
