The farm house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. A breezeway connects the living spaces to the sleeping spaces. Some of the best walks in The Grampians are a short drive away (Mt. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Bathroom contains a toilet, basin & shower (there are 2 steps into the shower). Single mattress available in case of an extra guest. TV, DVD player with movies, Split System A/C.
