Eateries, grocery stores, and pharmacies are within a 5 minute drive. 1 room is used for storage (not shown)

The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside in the driveway.
