Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Note: Extensive cleaning between guests. Newly refurbished basement flat just 10 minutes walk to the East end of the city centre and 15 minutes walk to Waverley train station. New council regulations in July 2023 means there is now no free on street parking. The property comprises of two bedrooms-one room with super king bed and one with double bed-, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Close to tourist attractions- Holyrood Palace, the Parliament and Royal Mile are around 5 minutes walk.

Ord’s Loft, situated in White Horse Close, is one of the most desirable and unique properties in Edinburgh’s old town. Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
