This adorable lake house calls you to come play, relax, and re-charge. Located on a secondary waterfront lot on the south end of Black Lake, it boasts exceptional, unobstructed water and mountain views that draw you into a quiet place. The county boat dock is an easy one-minute walk down the road. The 73-mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is perfect for walking or biking and has an access point only 1.5 miles from the cabin. The Coeur d'Alene River boat launches brings you right into Black Lake!

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026.
