It’s quiet, cosy and only minutes away from lovely cafes, shops restaurants and Meersbrook park with stunning views over the city. There are good transport links to the city centre and Peak District is 15 minutes drive.

We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house. We live on a main bus route, with cinema's, theatres, Climbing works, and other venues, and the city easily accessible. Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.
