Moustis House is a peaceful, minimalist retreat in nature, ideal for couples or families seeking a quiet escape. The 43 sq.m. home includes one bedroom, two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom in an adjoining room. A luxurious accommodation of 35-40 sqm (approximately 377-430 sq ft) with all modern amenities. It consists of 1 kitchen, 1 room with a double bed, two single beds in the living room and a WC. It is fully equipped with all comforts in a retro-vintage style.

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
