The Small Barn forms part of our charming stables and outbuildings. Finished and decorated to a luxurious standard. In addition to the self-contained property you will also have exclusive use of our private heated swimming pool within our well kept gardens and grounds. Come and explore all Lincolnshire has to offer or relax and use the spa like facilities. This listing can include an additional bedroom with double bunks and a pullout trundle (sleep 5 more!). The entire block can accommodate 16+!

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.
