Cozy studio for one or two persons (be sure to be specific about how many people is staying at the studio during the booking), makes you feel at home. The Studio is located in East Olive. We have very comfortable full size bed. Studio is close proximity to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and gas station. UC Merced, and Hospital all within 10 minute driving distance. Pets are welcome but please let me know in advance about them. Book minimum two nights. Book for one night are not accepted

Located at the center of California, it's an ideal place for your continued travels towards National Parks, beaches, and larger cities.

Private guest house in downtown Merced

Steps away from the rose garden in Applegate Park, our renovated guest house is centrally located in downtown Merced. This guest house is separate from the main house and is located in the backyard of the property. It is 3 blocks from the Amtrak and YART, and an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street in downtown Merced. A bike path along a creek, playgrounds, and the local zoo are also walking distance. Merced is a wonderful place to visit on a trip to Yosemite and those looking to visit UC Merced.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Charming guesthouse in the best location in Merced. Safe and quiet acre home area close to the UC and the lake. Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property. There is no smoking on premise. We do not accept local stays.

This unique recreational setting is located near downtown and walking distance to shopping, restaurant's, theaters and the Antique Mall. If you enjoy tennis, pickleball, basketball, ultimate frisbee, and yard games, we have it all here on our property and more. Please enjoy our pool or sit and relax by the firepit. Inside there is a bedroom with a queen bed. We have a kitchenette/ living room with a fold down couch(twin). Our spacious bathroom has a deep bathtub/shower combo.
