Set on 39 acres on the Far South Coast you'll find a cleared block of land in the bush, a place called Sugar Rock Ranch. Located opposite the northern end of the Beowa National Park in Eden, the perfect location for eco-conscious travellers in search of getaways full of quiet, nostalgia and adventures outdoors. Things are kept simple here, the atmosphere is relaxed and casual (like it’s owners) the way a cabin in the bush should be with a down-to-earth feel and a great appreciation for nature.

Its Lemon Season! Nestled between secluded beaches (5min walk) and a private valley, Tiny Lemon Farm is an escape where cockatoos flock, kangaroos hop and the sound of waves fill the night air. A 5 minute drive away is the Merimbula boardwalk.

You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Watch the magic sunsets from the expansive undercover deck whilst sipping your favourite drink.
