It has a small courtyard, own bathroom, washing machine & dryer. Well-appointed kitchenette. Suitable for 1 couple (Queen Bed). A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. The property is NOT Suitable for pets.

The pristine swimming and surfing beaches, restuartants, cafes and the shops are only a 5 minute drive. The possibilities are endless.

Guest House pricing is based on number of guests and number of beds used. Displayed rate is based on 1-2 people using 1 bed. If a 1-2 person booking uses both beds, an additional $100 will apply. Bookings for 3 and 4 people assume both beds are used and will be charged as per person. Located between Tathra and Merimbula. It borders Bournda National Park which offers beaches, a lagoon, and 2 lakes only minutes away. There are plenty of hiking and mountain bike trails nearby.

Forget your worries in this private and spacious renovated lower level. Just steps away from Cocora beach. Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor BBQ and fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their toddler, who work full-time and spend their free time diving. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.
