The cottage is recentlyrenovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, Snug Cove port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available on request for infants.

A fully equipped kitchen and large lounge and dining area, provide the ideal space to cook together or just relax.

Breakfast options are provided for your first few days and Tathra is only 10 mins away for the vibrant cafe culture, local shops etc. The creative and beautiful locale of Tanja is adjacent to Mimosa Rocks NP and many pristine beaches. The Little Tree House is private and independent of the host's home.

Adorable Bush Guest House with 1 or 2 Queen Beds

Guest House pricing is based on number of guests and number of beds used. Displayed rate is based on 1-2 people using 1 bed. If a 1-2 person booking uses both beds, an additional $100 will apply. Bookings for 3 and 4 people assume both beds are used and will be charged as per person. Located between Tathra and Merimbula. It borders Bournda National Park which offers beaches, a lagoon, and 2 lakes only minutes away. There are plenty of hiking and mountain bike trails nearby.
