This bright and modern old miners cottage is a self contained home which includes 3 bedrooms and a practical bathroom on the first floor. Meanwhile the ground floor contains a kitchen and a large living/dining area with lots of light. The garden includes a lock up area for 6 bikes, where padlocks can be added as well as a place to sit to have a drink and relax. WIFI is FREE! We are perfectly located for Bike Park Wales, Brecon Beacons, Merthyr Rising, etc.

James' Place@Dowlais offers 7 individually and creatively styled self-catering studios. They are ideally placed for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park, visiting Bike Park Wales, Zip World South or working away from home. Our miners cottage has bags of character which we have worked hard to keep, but has all the modern bits we rely on for our home comforts. Low ceilings, open beams in the bedrooms, stone stairs, log burner, welsh slate kitchen floor, but also has internet smart telly all the channels nice big range, power shower, new combo boiler. And 3 large settees to chill out, with two car parking spaces outside the door. What more do you need ?
