Your perfect base to explore beautiful Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. Completely private, located at one end of our home is “Haven”, your very own guest suite. Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette (please note: no oven, but have a small stove), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The Shed at Penrose

Cosy self Contained Apartment on a small 5 acre working horse training property based in Penrose, Southern Highlands NSW Our apartment can accomodate a couple or a family of 4 making it an easy choice for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the beautiful Southern Highlands. Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.

A perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Southern Highlands.

The Lazy Duck, Bundanoon

The Lazy Duck is just 300m walk from the center of town yet has a feeling of being on top of the world. Stunning views over the Morton National Park from one of the highest points in town. Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
