Mesilla STR Permit #0830 We've renovated 90-year-old historic structures to create sustainable, environmental friendly spaces with rainwater harvesting, solar energy, electric solar-powered car charger. This renovated adobe casita is the 2nd structure after our main house. The 3rd is a smaller vacation rental called Yucca Casita. We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

Southwest Mexican Adobe Casa Historic District

This wonderful adobe home with refrigerated air is located directly in the heart of the city the Mesquite Historic District of Las Cruces. This Mexican home combines the neighborhood classic adobe style. Directly across the street is a Mexican cafe and a coffee shop. Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb. Dog fee $10.00 which can be left on the table.

I purchased this beautiful home built circa 1869 all Adobe in May 2019 and I want to share it with you! I am living in this home as one of my primary residences but I’m traveling the world and will make it available so you can also enjoy it. Once you stay here you will want to come back; it’s a home away from home.
