Die neu gebaute familienfreundliche Villa mit Pool liegt direkt im alten, typisch griechischen Fischerstädtchen Methoni, das mit seiner ins Meer ragenden mittelalterlichen Festung auch historisch Sehenswertes zu bieten hat. Methoni befindet sich am südwestlichen Ende des Peloponnes, nur wenige Kilometer von der lebendigen Hafenstadt Pylos und der boomenden Golfregion rund um Navarino entfernt. Abenteuerlustige und Partytiger werden auch in der benachbarten Surferdestination Finikounda fündig.

This house is a tribute to our dearest mother Ioanna who was born in this village and her wish was a house by the sea she so adored. It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. Enjoy its special vibe and location, amazing sea view, peaceful surrounding with no direct neighboors. Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο διαμέρισμα του νεόδμητου boutique συγκροτήματός μας στην αγορά της Μεθώνης, μόλις 700 μ. από τη θάλασσα και το επιβλητικό ενετικό κάστρο της. Ιδανικό για 2 έως 4 άτομα. Προσφέρει άνεση και λειτουργικότητα, με κοινόχρηστη αυλή για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και χώρο στάθμευσης ποδηλάτων. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία, αλλά και λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της αγοράς. Το Marilita's House είναι ένα ευρύχωρο, ολοκαίνουριο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Μεθώνης που προσφέρει μια μοναδική εμπειρία χαλάρωσης και εύκολης προσβασιμότητας σε οικογένειες, παρέες νέων, μικρούς και μεγάλους. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την παραλία, 3 λεπτών με τα πόδια από τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο (κάστρο Μεθώνης), δίπλα στην αγορά, τα καφέ και τα εστιατόρια. It is a renovated stone house, in the original style in this authentic place, but with all amenities for a relaxing holiday - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Everything was completed in June 2019, new air condition in 2023
