Upon arrival, you'll have access to secure private parking with an automatic gate, allowing you to park your vehicle inside the property. A small entrance courtyard leads into the main living area, which features a bright lounge, a dining space, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large glass doors open directly onto the pool area, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool surrounded by outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The outdoor area also includes a lawn, a barbecue, and additional lounge furniture, making it an ideal space for gathering with family and friends. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own shower room and direct access to the pool area. A separate toilet is also available on this level. The first floor features two bedrooms. One includes an en-suite shower room and offers the same level of comfort as the ground-floor bedroom. The second is a larger suite with a spacious bathroom, a large walk-in shower, and a generous balcony overlooking the pool. A separate toilet is also located on this floor. On the top floor, you'll find a fourth bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a dressing area, and plenty of storage space. This level also provides access to a large terrace with open views and a glimpse of the sea. A separate toilet is available here as well. For your convenience, Villa Zen is equipped with fiber-optic internet and high-speed Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire property, ensuring a strong and reliable connection on every floor.
