La struttura è composta da due suite con soggiorno/divano letto, tavolino e angolo frigo, e da una camera matrimoniale sempre con tavolino e angolo frigo. Tutte e tre le soluzioni hanno un bagno interno ad uso esclusivo. Dall'ingresso un corridoio disimpegna tre camere completamente indipendenti. Trattasi di affittacamere.
