Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

El Traghetto Ca' D'Oro

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

The Mamma Gigetta Bedrooms are located in Noventa di Piave, in a fantastic location; it is a few meters from the bus stop 2 km from the A4 highway 2 km from Mc Arthur Glen Designer Outlet 3 km from the railway 22 km from Venice & Treviso Airport 24 km from Jesolo & Eraclea Beach For nature lovers there you can discover by biking or taking a walk along the banks of the river. Besides, there is a public garden for children and a basketball court.

We offer venetian-styled double rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee), no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price.
