Your stunning harbor side apartment is in a converted net loft warehouse, recently fully renovated with chic designer touches, luxury bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and indulgent bedding. On your doorstep are an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutiques. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. QUAY LOFT has a superking bed topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi, TVs in living room and bedroom and an Amazon Echo device. The generously proportioned wet room contains rainshower and handheld and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. Board-games and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Quay Loft is in Mevagissey, nestled between the historic centre of the village and the bustling harbour. From your luxurious private retreat you're in the middle of the action amongst the maze of narrow cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, pubs, and restaurants. You're also just steps away from one of Cornwall's most beautiful working harbours where you can stroll the quay, grab a bite to eat or indulge in a coffee and cake. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub.

Seascape is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Private secure parking without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony throughout the day. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom supplied with local guest soaps. Breakfast of home made bread and preserves, cereals, grapefruit, meats, cheese and yogurt. Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

Welcome to ✨ Stargazers. A s/c studio in a peaceful area of Mevagissey. An 8 mins walk downhill to the village centre and harbour. Boats galore and busyness! Eateries/pubs cater for all tastes, while the independent traders tempt you with gorgeous stuff! The coast path is 5 minutes from us and a 10 minute walk will bring you to a secluded beach (via 200 steps). Sit awhile and spot the resident seal patrolling! Accommodation accessed via stairs. Please note the studio is non smoking inside.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Sleeping two, in a sumptuous king-size bed with new fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The outside cobbled space has seating and space to park. The Gig House is dog friendly and an ideal location to explore wonderful walks, beaches and cycling routes, as well as some charming pubs and tasteful restaurants.
