It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

Dunkery is situated on the fringe of Exmoor National Park in a quiet and elevated location within Minehead. Dunkery is a family and dog friendly three bedroom, self-catered holiday bungalow with north facing views across North Hill. The property has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, perfect for walkers, romantic escapes and family breaks. Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.

Mill Race - Riverside location with parking

Mill Race is a spacious 2 bedroom bungalow on the banks of the River Lym overlooking Slopes Farm Woodland Trust. The property has easy access, ample off road parking and is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Lyme and beaches of the Jurassic Coast. The property has a large open plan kitchen/dining area and a spacious lounge with TV with wi-fi throughout. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds with linen and towels provided.

This lovely cliffside holiday home is remarkable for its unique views sweeping from Agatha Christie's Burgh Island, across Bantham beach and up the Avon estuary (search youtube for 'Best views Bigbury-on-Sea Holiday Home'). This is a peaceful beauty spot far from passing traffic where you can while away your stay watching the sea change hue and surfers chancing the waves. Or you could be inspired and join them!
