Just minutes from Manning Point Beach, it offers the ideal spot to start your day with a sunrise walk. Features include combined living and bedroom area (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen (no oven or dishwasher) ceiling fans, electric blanket, oil heater, WiFi and a fire pit. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

Lenoroc is a 101 acre (40 Ha) farm 15 minutes drive west of Wingham at Charity Creek on the road to Mount George. Your accommodation is in separate cottage, with Queen Bed in Bedroom 1, Two King Singles in Bedroom 2. Enjoy the swimming pool and gardens and see the Cattle grazing over the fence. Our guests can walk or 4WD (yours) over the farm, or simply relax on the wrap-around deck watching the cattle, and weird Guinea Fowl .
