Lodge Farm Country Residence

Lodge Farm is set in the rural countryside of West Sussex and steeped in history. Originally used by the Duke of Norfolk as a hunting lodge, the main house dates back to the 1500s. Our little cottage is a rare escape to the natural beauty of the true English countryside. Located next to the duck pond, its a serene and tranquil place where the only alarm is the sound of the cockerel. The cottage has it's own kitchenette and bathroom and is the cosiest of our places to settle in for the night.

NO PARTY/EVENTS. Family/kid friendly, Attached to our home, gated property, Surrey Hills Spa & Pool, private, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an outside hot tub & tennis court. The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

Redwood is a charming loft conversion with views overlooking a garden, swimming pool, and farmland fields in the perfect location for both the South Downs and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with several nearby pubs. Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included.

Spring Farm Sussex

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

Pine tree woodland retreat

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

The Cart Barn

The newly converted 19th Century former Cart Barn has been lovingly restored. A beautiful, light, airy open plan space ideal for a romantic few days away. We are very close to Ashdown Forest, with easy access to Glyndebourne, Charleston, Hever Castle, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells & Lewes. Up to 2 dogs are welcome. We have excellent walks on our doorstep including direct access to the Wealdway. An outdoor swimming pool (shared, June-early Sept) and tennis court available.

2 bedroom self catering lodge

Relax with family and friends in a peaceful lodge located within the beautiful grounds of Cottesmore Hotel, Golf and Country Club situated in Sussex countryside. The lodge boasts 60 square metres of living space and benefits from under floor heating. They accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one with en suite bath/shower room, open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Oven and hob. White cotton bed linen and towels are provided.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The pool is maintained Oct-Mar for cold water swimming. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

The Luxury Cottage – Surrey Countryside Retreat

The Luxury Cottage at Whitmoor Farm accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bunk beds, plus a lounge with Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the estate’s tennis court, trampoline, and shared outdoor swimming pool (heated May–Sept; open until 15 Oct). Set on 38 acres of woodlands between Guildford and Woking, with fast train access to London. Pets allowed — up to 2 small pets, £25 per pet for the stay.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Secluded Sussex Studio with Heated Pool Access

The Bramber studio is in such a peaceful little spot, right in the heart of the West Sussex countryside but easily accessible from the A272. It’s on the historic Walden Hall grounds, and guests can enjoy wandering through the ancient woodland there, the heated pool, and the the private access to the South Downs link. It’s a stylish one-bed studio, great for quiet escapes and long term contractor stays.
